I would recommend trying the Edinburgh Masker or DAF. Also I have heard good things about the McGuire Program. By the way the reason you were fluent for awhile after speech therapy was the Placebo Effect. In general standard stuttering therapy does not help at all. However if you think it helps then it does help for awhile. Eventually reality sets in and the stutter returns.
