HELLO?!? Now…the “tone”I used above demonstrates that tone is vitally important to how others perceive your words. When I had serious blocks, I had very little control over my tone. ppl used to think I was often insulted, when I was just trying to be involved, or be silly. After speaking for a while, I felt physically drained and gave very short answers bc it’s all I had energy for. Timing - even Reddit had a feature that acknowledges it’s often not even worth replying after a certain amount of time has passed. This is *only* bc the audience has sorta forgotten and the relevance has passed. Scale it down to casual conversation to acknowledge that there are certain types of comments that only make sense when timed properly. OP just said he is unable to say what he wants to. Maybe your experience is different…
