Rejected from a job I recently interviewed for a job and Ive noticed that I have a lot of trouble in interviews that ask for STAR formatted answers. I think it's primarily because these answers are so scripted and rehearsed it's hard to get the flow of my words to be articulate. Anyways not to sound super entitled but I thought this was the perfect position for me. Likewise I have always noticed how uncomfortable people feel whenever im in these interviews and I have trouble speaking. Our community is so small , but it's our duty to help the world understand the bigger implications of stuttering. I am not discouraged at all, remember we are given the hardest path because the world knows that we can handle it. Rejection is redirection
