The breathing in will not help and can make it worse especially if you are nervously taking a big breath into your chest. Try to take normal sized or slow breaths, into your diaphragm, and talk on *exhale* Also, if people are pointing it out and it’s making it worse, you should mention it first. Actually,, you should do this anyways. It’s called disclosure and there’s research about how it can really help you feel less fear about trying to hide/stop it.
