In my opinion, there's a 90% chance this isn't gonna work out. But that 10% chance might be that she is incredibly nervous and brought it up because she's a nervous laugher. I'd probably allow it one time, but if she laughed more than once at the stutter, it's time to say goodbye and respectfully cut the date short. Good luck!
