I'm in my 30s now so I have a ton of experience on different interviews and jobs. I almost always stutter my worst on interviews and I let the interviewers know that I do stutter, but it generally gets less prevalent as I settle into a job, and my disfluency right not doesn't effect my general communication skills. Secondly, don't limit yourself. Do the career you want. Stutterers have gone on to be famous actors and even Presidents. I currently work as a Network Engineer, a job I would have never dreamed of having in my early 20s when I resisted and hid my stutter from everyone. Life's gets easier when you learn to accept that you stutter sometimes (not all the time) and you can be successful despite this. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and you'd be surprised what your capable of.
