Thank you for your answer, but I'd really prefer not to do that. It would logically be a nickname that starts with the letter of my first name anyway, and if it's not, I feel like I'm too old for that. I thought about changing my name to my middle name, but even that would be very strange for all my close ones and it wouldn't guarantee that I wouldn't stutter over this new name later...
