I didn't like it because I couldn't fully focus on my conversation (I kinda don't mind my stutter honestly, if my brain wants to stutter I won't fight it most of the time), I felt like my speech wasn't normal (it took too much time for me to talk). Thinking about it, it may be because of my ADHD, because it means I have to speak slowlier than usual and focus on the beat. When I take my Ritalin, I talk slowlier than usual, so maybe without meds talking slowly is more difficult/boring for my brain, even with a metronome. Anyway, it lasted for 2 months, and I think we were 3/15 stutterers from the study who tried the metronome who didn't like it.
