I don't think we could give you a good answer here... stuttering is tipically developed at early age, but a few stutterer develop it later; it's rare but not unheard of. So if it's not related with your anxiety attacks, it might be. However you should really check it with your doctor (and maybe also with a neurologist), an stuttering out of the blue isn't a good sign.
