Lately I've been making my brain temporarily enter singing mode if I have a block. I don't actually sing the sentence or first word, but just the first touch of the first word, long enough to get a flow going again. I do this as soon as I sense a block, and have been practicing entering mental singing mode on cue. My main trigger is being asked to repeat something I just said after not being heard the first time.
