I need the money lol …. Some days are ok as long as I don’t get upset. Some callers are so freakin rude you would not believe it and it gets em agitated. but we have kinda a script we stick too but it’s still hard with the blocking at times …it’s just some stuff my brain won’t say clearly so I just re word it ….its exhausting though 😔
