This....all day long. I sometime watch people on TV who just 'speak'...and it fascinates me that someone can talk without a stammer, without thinking about every word they're about to say, without worrying about getting into new situations or having to talk on the phone. I would take a pill in a heartbeat because, although mostly under control, it affects my daily life.
