My boss lets me stutter freely at work I work for a small creative agency in a big city and we are moving locations in a few months. Since we are a small team, I'm tasked to make and answer phone calls apart from my main job. Thankfully my stutter hasn't held me back and my boss has never seen my speech impediment as a limitation. Today I had the task of calling different movers for a good quote. My stutter can be particularly bad but I always get my point across. Anyways, not sure if anyone else have a work environment that don't see their stuttering as something to hide and almost embrace it? I've been at this company for a few years and realizing how lucky I am.
