I’m glad that you got what you needed and it is working for you. I said that bc most PWS are quite fluent in private. Many of us even become (infuriating) fluent when talking to our SLPs. I started “public” practice at home, by searching in Google maps for a category of stores I have interest in. Just went down a list, calling places, asking questions, active-voluntary stuttering. If you have no problems w fluency/articulation when talking alone, you don’t need to practice the mechanics of those. You just need to expose yourself to the thing you fear - annoying/confusing your listener.
