Thank you so much! I am used to being very direct at work and I expect the same from my colleagues, so this is an unusual situation for me. This gentleman gets very nervous and basically stops speaking when anybody comments on his psoriasis, so I have always avoided commenting on his skin as well as his speech. I have not pretended I don't know about his stutter, but I guess I have let him down by not addressing his problems directly. I'll talk with him about the presentation on Monday, so I hope we can find a solution together. Thanks a lot for your advice!
