It could just be that you just get nervous around girls, it’s a very common thing. That’s how I was when I was first attempting to talk to girls, I could never get anything out cause girls can be terrifying at first lol, but whenever you do talk to girls let them know “hey I have a stutter, it takes me a second to say things so bear with me.” Just something like that, but you got it dude, I believe in you!!
