Tbh, I’ve rued my stutter many times during life, but at the end of the day life goes on. If I was in a war, and got shot in the leg, I wouldn’t collapse and let everyone else hail me in bullets, I’d fight with what I had left. Stuttering is a huge restriction and a cause of great inner fury, rage, and frustration. But unfortunately, nothing can be done professionally about stuttering. No cure is there, all that can be done is practicing speech moderation. Try to maintain control of your speech like you are driving. When you are driving and going on a slightly curvy road, you just move the wheel a little, same with stuttering. Talk at a steady pace, and when you sense a block, STOP, collect your breath, and start again. It is simple, just driving on the road near the river, really simple. Don’t try to fight the stutter, there ain’t nothing that you can do. Relax your mind, and simply groove with the flow of your speech. One day, every problem will fix itself out, so never worry, simply groove with the flow 🙂
