That sounds like you have hope to me. You are still young and there was brief moment when you didn't stutter. You already better off than me when I was your age. Think about seeing a specialist/ doctor. I've never seen one so i can't offer you advice on it but maybe someone else here can. Are you able to see a speech specialist?
