This guy. Give him an award. What he/she says is top-notch advice. I used to stutter pretty hard in highschool and then at Uni in my first year. However, I started doing all of the advice above and it really helped. I believe the most empowering thing for me was to start my presentations with saying that I stutter and maybe a little joke about it. It can make everyone much more comfortable after that. Another thing that hasn't been mentioned, do focus on the positive. I used to focus on the people that made fun of my stutter when I was doing a presentation and it would get me more anxious and more afraid of stuttering, which made it worse. Realize that only a few D-bags laugh at you, while a whole army of people are accepting and supporting of your stutter. Embrace it, my friend and good luck.
