Saying my phone number and getting it wrong because I repeated a digit that I didn't mean to repeat. Phone interviews. Especially when I try to answer the question, but no words come out and the interviewer hangs up on me. Or, if I repeat a word 7 or 8 times, they ask if I'm okay because it sounds like I'm either very nervous or having a stroke... *edited a typo.
