Hey man I understand the stress. I have been working recruitment for the last 2 years and my job is primarily on the phone. It definitely gets easier as you do it more and more. At times when I do stutter, it’s almost like my ‘training’ or muscle memory kicks in and I don’t stutter on the things I always say. I advise you start the call saying you stutter so the person knows the situation and then you can take your time talking. I did it just a moment ago with a candidate when I couldn’t get the job title out smoothly. PM me if you want to talk more about this.
