My name starts with A and I will get blocks on that sound so I try to begin with a sound that is smoother for me to produce like MY name is A... or, OH I'M A... When I am hesitant and people notice I always get the annoying, "did you forget your own name? You had to think about it? Heh!" So annoying. That barista was very disrespectful. I probably would of flipped out if I received my order like that.
