My personal theory on stuttering

My personal theory on stuttering Hello people! Some of you may or may not be spiritual, which isn’t really important but this theory kind of mentions it. I assume most of you have heard about terms like ‘high vibrancy’ and ‘low vibrancy’. Basically every emotion you feel, every thought that you produce has a vibrancy. Things like anger, frustration, shame are at a very low vibrant state of emotion. Emotions like mercy, acceptance, joy are higher up the vibrancy spectrum. Most of you have already guessed what this is about. When we live on a low vibrancy state of emotion, we usually have negative thoughts about us or our situation. You may be anxious about going up there and introducing yourself. Or you may be shameful about how you couldn’t get a word out and some people stared at you. Or you may be angry at yourself for something you literally CANNOT control. What i realised is that I sort of “attract” my stutter whenever I’m on a low vibrancy state. It’s logical, think about it. We are anxious, have high expectations of ourselves by expecting that we should get every word out fluently (which even non-stuttering people CAN’T do). We already live in shame from what happened in the past and what is about to come. Switching to a high vibrancy state isn’t easy but it’s doable. I dropped all expectations of me. I learned to be merciful towards myself. I learned to be accepting. I learned to be thankful to God that I even have the ability to express my thoughts into clear words. Believe me or not but many people can’t even do that. I realised that the only person being mean to me about my stutter is myself!! I can confidently say that my stutters have decreased significantly. I will never get rid of that stutter. That’s why being acceptant towards it makes it so much more important. Because this is just the life we have gotten assigned to. Guys we can’t live all our lives in this shameful, angry, frustrated state of mind. This will attract nothing but negativity. Be acceptant, joyful. The only one holding you back to do that is you and only you. This isn’t just about freeing yourself from the stutter. It’s about starting to live healthy, happy and actually looking forward to waking up and having that chance at life again!
