If you have blocks and panic, there are tangible, effective and sustainable ways to not overcome and be ok with it. I used those steps very effectively and my blocks reduced by 90% within 6 weeks and it lasted for over 2 years. After a family member had a a scary medical event, I had a relapse of frequent blocking and lots of avoidances. After a week of practicing, my blocks reduced again. Having panic from speaking is a very difficult thing to live with, and I hope the best for you.
