That really sucks. I remember being told in grad 6, so a 12yr old, that i would be stuck with it for life ans essentially told i was a hopeless case. I know back then it was with good intentions yet it was frustrating and a waste for me. I learnt through high school to slow down and then joined the McGuire program when I was 27 and that has made a big difference for me. There are things both sides can learn from each other. For those that it worked with great. Glad that it did.
