Here is something that helped me just a little bit. Personal Grooming. Dress well, look good, eat right, go to the gym and be the best you can be. Here's the thing. I felt anxious cuz I felt inferior to everyone around me. I realized once I did this I no longer felt that inferior. Yeah I stutter but at least I take care of myself and try my best everyday. Thats more then most people do and hence doesnt make me inferior. Once I have this logical rationalization and comfort wihin me I can talk to people in a less anxious state and therefore be more successful. But it takes work and courage. Good luck.
