How do I disclose a stutter + tips for interview

How do I disclose a stutter + tips for interview I have a phone screen with HR on Monday. Its for a software engineer intern position. I've heard you're supposed to disclose your stutter before you begin because that will help them know and not judge you on that. What exactly should I say? I know its a dumb question but how do i phrase that in a good way because great communication is like one of the keys for every job according to the job postings. Also if anyone has any tips or something you've done to help for these interviews, that would be great
