most students who graduate as speech therapists only aim to get a degree, most of them have no idea how to overcome stuttering, most of them have learned them like a rote, they know the basics things of how to deal with persons with stutter and some techniques they give but with them or with other people most of the time they don't work, these affect many things, people who want to get rid of stuttering, they don't stay with the experience of the speech therapist they had in school, but they continue to the new speech therapist because they feel grown up and knowledgeable now, especially people aged 18-25-30 finding a qualified speech therapist is difficult and you have to go through many experiences with other speech therapists until you understand which one can help you, it’s devastating i think, because I am speaking from my experience, to make improve from speech therapy doesn’t happen very often as far as I’ve been able to find out from other people and from my 4 years of experience, and for this reason, most of the people with stutter continue to suffer almost throughout their lives due to not having the proper treatment or simply not being able to make any improve, all I wanted to say is that to make any improvement from speech therapy happens to 3/10 people, this can be understood very easily only by reading the posts of people in our community, I don't want this to sound hopeless, but this is reality but in the end, each person has his own opinion anyway
