Exposure therapy: looking for ideas for introducing myself

Exposure therapy: looking for ideas for introducing myself I am mostly fluent, but introducing me is my nightmare. It’s like gambling. Sometimes its perfect, even in front of 50 people, sometimes it’s 30 sec block in an 1on1. It’s affecting me lately so I would like to improve that. Had good results with exposure therapy, although it’s the worst… so: Any ideas how to practice introducing? I feel like calling random services is too easy and going to a new group for a hobby is too hard. Anything in between I didn’t think of?
