I'm at a loss...

I'm at a loss... Tldr: first time stutter at 28, no more problems for months. Than another week stutter and headaches followed by 3 more months without issues and now for month terrible stuttering. Last year, when I was 28 I started having loads of headaches and slowly stopped being able to talk properly untill I developed a full stutter. That headache stutter combi held on for 3 months. Doctors declared it to be unknown, probably some sort of migraine thing. And they kept it at that, as it disappeared after those 3 months out of the blue. No stuttering after that, until halfway this year. It was almost exactly a week filled with headaches and a sudden stutter. Once again, doctor claimed it to be due to a migraine. With it only being a week this felt possible, disregarding my "old" migraine aura was something completely different. But now, since a month it's all back again. The headaches are okay most of the time. But the stutter pains and drains me. Nothing has changed in my life that I would say would cause any stress or anything, but doctor first threw it on a migraine and now maybe stress. So they sent me to a therapist, as that might find the casus and fix it. (But there's a long long waiting list.) But I'm just done, I feel terrible having to deal with this. Is this something common? And will it go away again? Or will it form a permanent muscle memory the more I talk on this situation? I just don't know anymore. Sorry for venting.
