You're definitely not alone. Stuttering and disfluency may not be super well known by the public, but it's a pretty normal issue that a lot of people have. It's hard to deal with sometimes but it doesn't make us lesser. Like you said, our voices and the things we have to say matter. Unless you've experienced it you can't truly understand what it's like. There's lots of famous, successful people who stutter/stuttered. It's a unique challenge that can be hard to work with, but it doesn't have to prevent us from living fulfilling, happy lives.
