Don't do it if you're capable of more!!! Having a shitty job that's too easy is never worth it. You should always aim to get some challenge out of a career. There are plenty of more jobs that are rewarding that have minimal speaking. I just got out of doing software for 4+ years and although there were instances where I had to speak, it was infrequent and I saw them as small challenges. I only had to use the phone once during that job. Everything else was done online or in-person. I also did some carpentry and window work and I never once used the phone for those. I worked alongside my boss and any time he needed something done, he would just tell me and we would chat about plans and stuff. Even though the pay wasn't great, it was always challenging and very rewarding creating something and having it turn out beautifully. Also! If you're not already, consider seeing a therapist. It's a bit awkward and slow to talk with them but going through cognitive behavioral therapy helped my mental state a ton.
