I don’t know if that is what it’s “called,” or just what I have called it. I stole the idea from watching toastmasters (that regularly try and hijack every public meeting I have ever attended). Regardless, so important to lay it out there and deflate that anxiety balloon (also, probably not a correct term… But who f#cking cares as long as I keep talking).
