speaking in front of a mirror for speech therapy
Content
speaking in front of a mirror for speech therapy I have had a severe stutter all of my life, and I have tried many different forms of speech therapy. It seems that talking in front of a mirror seems to help me with my stuttering. I mean, I still stutter a lot, but it helps me to see what my mouth is doing, and how much pressure I am putting on each sound. I was wondering if anyone else finds that technique helpful. Also, I was wondering if anyone reads aloud in the mirror. I have done it a few times, but I'm not sure if it's actually helping me. Just curious, thanks in advance!
