I have a bit of a background in speech because I went to school for it and also because I stutter so because of that I’m always curious on my behavior and how it affects my speech that day. But a couple of months ago I started to be more active and decided to start running. Well I noticed that since I had to learn to breathe, not from my chest, I noticed a little bit of change in my fluency while I was doing it. I was also working on my core because I’m weak down there, and keeping that rhythmic breathing is important. I just noticed a more fluent breathing and speech and was wondering if any other people who stutter have noticed a difference in their speech. Either more fluent or less fluent.
