I know a lot of people who start out in firms at the beginning of their career and then settle into corporate accounting after several years. If you're getting more benefits and the culture is just as good as your current firm, I'd take the new job. You'll have more responsibilities and meetings, but I think you'll be happy with challenging yourself.
