It seems hard to do, but for me it helped. It helps with the speech anxiety for sure. And don't assume because they hear you stutter they know that it's stuttering. If you feel uncomfortable straight up telling them, work it into a conversation. "Oh when I'm tired i end up stuttering more" "That reminds me of the time I tried ...and I stuttered..." I don't know what the work environment is, but there are other ways to advertise stuttering as well. Hang up a stuttering poster in your workstation, wear a stuttering bracelet, etc. Other ways to be confident? Maintain eye contact, posture. If you seem awkward with your stutter, people feed off that energy. Have confidence in your skills! They hired you for a reason.
