I 100% get what you mean, but also slightly disagree on one thing. Joe Biden’s “overcoming” it is such bullshit IMO, like I swear it’s obvious to any stammerer that he’s going around and dodging words whenever he speaks, plus he speaks in the slow and hesitant way that everyone who hides it does. But like I don’t think he ever grew out of it I don’t think anyone ever does really. And about your other point, it’s definitely not wrong to only hire people with communication disorders if you start a business. Even though some people will see it as discrimination it’s a tiny benefit when compared to all of the years of being turned down at other job interviews that I imagine most stammerers go through
