When working with my students I slow down my speaking with pauses. I purposely make the pauses in my sentences a bit longer. This is good for my fluency but also it’s good for the students who have trouble with auditory processing. A tip I give to any teacher is to use more visuals, videos, and written instructions. Classrooms are busy, often noisy, and students don’t want to be talked at for so long.
