Yes / No. Yes in the sense that Stuttering CAN be considered a disability, but you’ll need proof other than your actual stutter. Like having a doctor diagnose you stating it’s a full scale disability. No in the sense that most of us on this sub stutter but we can still talk. It may take more effort and strain, but we can eventually talk.
