Very encouraging! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SgFGn4rPZBE&t=1s It’s very difficult but we have to learn to not react to people’s facial expressions of confusion or negativity in any situation, whether stuttering or not. As long as you know what you are saying is positive and constructive. Because if you don’t desensitize yourself to criticism it will get to the point where you are so sensitive that you see negative facial expressions on other people’s faces even when that’s not actually what’s happening. Or you may even perceive authentic positive reactions as people “just faking it”. Keep a smile on your face and other people will be convinced that they’re supposed to be smiling too
