I'd start with a Psychologist and an Speech therapist (better if both are used to work with people who stutter, not all know how to handle it). The speech therapist will give you tools to gain some fluency (but keep your expectative realistic, don't expect to "cure" the stutter), the psychologist will make sure you don't savotage yourself and will work on all that anxiety and shame around your stutter.
