Nothing. I go to medical school and i talk everyday with patients, introducing myself to new profesors, and I block sometimes but I don't care about it so much like before. I try to be nice, gentle with patients, really, truly listen about their problems and that is what matter, that is what they will remember and appreciate at the end of day...
