I mostly stutter when alone

I mostly stutter when alone Hello everyone! I mostly stutter when I am alone, this really bothers me when I'm praying, reading or reading something in my head. I find it weird why it mostly happens when I'm alone, and not when talking to other people? Has anyone experienced the same, and if yes, do you have any tips?
