Not a therapist, and haven’t went to speech therapy since I was 13ish. But it sounds like your anxiety is the main factor here. Unfortunately your stutter and anxiety are playing merry-go-round with each other which just causes themselves to go nuts My advice is go to a doctor and ask about anxiety medication. It may help, it may not. But you won’t know until you try.
