I just took a clinical preceptorship. I gotta herd a bunch of kiddos (undergrads) in a hospital every weekend and ensure they don't kill anyone. But, I am super stoked, fluency is off the charts right now, and I am going to ride this wave to the end. I'm gonna have to help them solidify their med-surge learning and nursing skills and keep them thinking and on their toes. I am so excited to a part of the journey of young nurses, and to help them develop the passion that I have for the profession. I honestly can't wait.
