When i had a job in fast food i specifically asked to be put anywhere other than speaker or front cashier for fear of people making fun of my stammer. Lucky for me they put me in the grill and fryer position where no one really had a problem with the way that i spoke. However I did get the occasional “know i now you like to be quiet but you need to tell us when something up when we need it” talk.
