>many stressful circumstances in my family, which caused my stuterring We don't know what causes stuttering, so this is incorrect. Stutter typically starts when we're young, though, which sounds like what you experienced. So, you see - >my parents are to blame for the fact that I stutter \- this isn't correct either. Or at least, it's an odd way of thinking about it. Stutter is just stutter - nobody created it in you. It's just a thing that some people have. And furthermore: >I'm trying to get rid of stuttering We want to _manage_ our stutter. Getting rid of it is not a tactic we can use. You're only 21, and that's still early in life. You should go see a speech therapist again now that you're older. Maybe you're ready to carry on working towards better stutter management. - Do you have people around you who you can talk to these things about? It's not healthy to keep it to yourself.
