Walking 10,000 steps a day reduces my stuttering. I only started walking 10,000 steps a day a week ago. Just wishing it would make me healthier. But every day doing that, I feel my stutter lessens and I speak better. I speak more fluently, clearer and speak longer sentences. And I will continue to do this every day for the rest of my life. And if people are sedentary people, get up and start taking 10,000 steps every day.
