I think what works in such a situation might be very subjective. As in depends on the person. What helped me a little is trying to do small things what make me feel good about myself. In my case striking things off my long overdue to do list. Writing about something. Just basic things that give you a sense of achievement. Alternatively, try to be aware of how you are feeling. Are you feeling any guilt or regret about something you did or doing? If so try to step up and be a little more like the person you want yourself to be. Could be as simple as not masturbating as much. Basically try not to focus solely on your stutter but on your self image. On how you feel about yourself regardless of your stutter.
